1. Agreement to Terms
By commissioning website development, custom software engineering, or consulting services from Sanjeev WeBuilds, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
2. Scope of Work & Project Milestones
All website engineering projects are governed by an agreed scope document detailing page counts, custom functionalities, third-party integrations, and milestone deliverables. Any substantial additions or changes outside the initial scope will be quoted transparently before implementation.
3. 100% Source Code Ownership
Upon project completion and settlement of all agreed financial milestones, 100% of the custom source code, design assets, and database configurations become the sole property of the client. Sanjeev WeBuilds retains the right to display the completed work in our professional portfolio and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) has been formally executed.
4. Client Responsibilities & Content
The client is responsible for providing necessary brand assets, accurate business copy, photography, and regulatory disclosures. The client warrants that all assets provided do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property laws.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Thoothukudi.
